Exercise
There are so many exercises you can do but the one I'm recommending for the purpose of calories burning are side hops, broad jumps and squat thrusts. Each of this exercise will elevate your heart rate and hence put you in the fat burning zone. Until you try these exercises you never know the magic of calories burning.
Another program that has really proved itself to be effective is Interval training. This is an exercise where a period of high intensive exercise is followed by a period of low intensive exercise. For example, a period of press up followed by a period of walking. The cycle have to be repeated over and over again. Interval training is a must to be included in your program if your aim is to burn calories and that fast as well
Carry out above exercises and see yourself down the success road of weigh-loss.
